Product Description

The BSC PREFERRED SPBF24 is a foot-operated impulse sealer built for high-volume sealing applications. It runs on standard 110-volt power and features a variable timer control that allows the operator to adjust seal dwell time for different bag materials and thicknesses. The SPBF24 is compatible with polyethylene, polypropylene, and metallic bags. This type of sealer is commonly used in packaging and distribution environments where consistent, repeatable heat seals are required without the operator having to hold a handle down manually.

The SPBF24 is suited for production and light industrial environments where bag sealing throughput is a priority. Its foot-operated design frees both hands for positioning and loading bags, making it practical for continuous sealing of poly bags and metallic packaging materials. A service kit, part number SPBF24KIT, is available separately and contains two heating elements and two PTFE glass cloth tape strips for routine maintenance and element replacement.
