The BSC PREFERRED SP1113 is a corrugated layer pad manufactured from 200/ECT-32 kraft corrugated material. These pads are designed to be placed between layers of product inside shipping boxes to provide cushioning and distribute weight evenly across stacked goods. The 200/ECT-32 construction delivers reliable edge crush resistance suitable for standard shipping and warehousing applications. Each pack contains 100 pads sized to fit commonly used box dimensions, making them a practical addition to any packing station. Warehouse staff, shipping clerks, and fulfillment teams are the typical end users.
These layer pads are suited for use in packaging and shipping operations across distribution centers, fulfillment warehouses, and light industrial environments. They function as interlayer protection when stacking fragile or irregularly shaped products inside corrugated boxes. The pads can also serve as stiffeners inside envelopes or flat mailers where added rigidity is needed. Their sizing is matched to standard box footprints, reducing the need for cutting or trimming during the packing process. The top layer placement also helps protect products when a box is being opened with a blade.
Designed as a general-purpose interlayer pad compatible with standard corrugated shipping boxes commonly used in packaging and fulfillment operations.
No tools are required for use. Simply place a pad flat between each layer of product before closing the box. Ensure the pad lies flat and covers the full footprint of the layer below to maximize weight distribution and protection. Pads should be stored flat in a dry environment to prevent warping or moisture absorption prior to use.
