Bsc Preferred SHPP-QT Exterior Satin Paint Quart Pastel Base

Product Description

The BSC PREFERRED SHPP-QT is a 100% acrylic latex house paint formulated for exterior satin finishes. It carries the EasyCare Ultra Premium designation with WeatherAll Protection, making it suited for surfaces exposed to temperature swings, moisture, and UV. The quart format packages 32 fluid ounces of pastel-base tint-ready paint. VOC content is less than 50 grams per litre, meeting low-VOC requirements common in commercial and residential repaint specifications. The product ships as a single unit and carries a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.

This paint is intended for exterior surfaces in residential and light commercial settings. The satin sheen level makes it appropriate for siding, trim, doors, and other exterior woodwork or masonry where a moderate gloss and durable film build are required. The pastel base is designed to accept colorant at point of sale. Facilities maintenance crews, painting contractors, and property managers working on exterior repaint projects are the typical end users.
