The BSC PREFERRED SE1032R is a barrier class security bolt seal designed for locking and securing high-value cargo in transit or storage. A solid steel bolt delivers the structural strength required for barrier-level security, while a molded plastic coating over the body provides clear tamper-evidence. Both the bolt and the body are laser printed with a matching identification number, giving inspectors and receivers a fast, reliable way to verify seal integrity. The operational length is 1.25 inches. Removal requires a minimum 24-inch bolt cutter, deterring casual or improvised tampering. The SE1032R is sold in cases of 50 units.
Barrier class bolt seals like the SE1032R are used across freight, logistics, and cargo security applications where tamper-evidence and physical strength are both required. Typical installations include truck trailer doors, intermodal containers, tanker valves, and high-value cargo enclosures. The matching laser-printed numbers on both bolt and body support chain-of-custody documentation. This seal is equivalent to part number H-435R, making it a direct replacement option for operations already running that part in their seal program.
Equivalent to part number H-435R. Suitable as a direct replacement in any seal program currently using H-435R barrier class bolt seals. Designed for use on truck trailers, intermodal containers, tanker fittings, and similar cargo securing points where barrier class protection is specified.
Apply by inserting the bolt through the hasp or locking mechanism until the bolt and body click and lock together - the joined assembly cannot be separated without cutting. Inspect the laser-printed number against shipping documentation before applying and after delivery to confirm seal integrity. Removal requires a minimum 24-inch bolt cutter and should only be performed by authorized personnel at the point of delivery or inspection. Dispose of cut seals per facility procedures and document the seal number at time of removal.
