The BSC PREFERRED SE1021R is a one-time-use, tamper evident padlock seal designed as a low-cost replacement for traditional padlocks in security and access-control applications. The one-piece, all-plastic construction features a spring-like locking arm and plugged barrel that provide clear evidence of tampering or unauthorized entry. The straight, thin locking arrow is engineered to apply with a single hand and fits most standard latch mechanisms. Each seal is consecutively numbered for tracking and accountability. Sold in cases of 1000 units, the SE1021R suits operations that require frequent seal changes at high volume.
These padlock seals are appropriate for a wide range of industries where tamper evidence and quick access are both required - including utilities, transportation, warehousing, food service, and facility management. They are suited for securing doors, gates, valves, meter boxes, storage units, and similar latch-equipped hardware. The easy-break plastic construction allows authorized personnel to remove the seal quickly without tools, while making unauthorized removal immediately visible. No keys or cutters are required for application.
Designed as a tamper evident padlock seal suitable for most standard latch mechanisms. This product is equivalent to part number H-1186R.
Application requires no tools and can be completed with one hand. Thread the locking arrow through the latch hasp or loop until it clicks into the barrel to secure. Verify the seal number is recorded before application when chain-of-custody documentation is required. Inspect seals on receipt for any pre-existing damage before placing into service.
