The BSC PREFERRED RUB194 is a full-featured janitorial cart designed for demanding institutional and commercial cleaning operations. The cart ships with a pre-assembled locking security hood that conceals two 10-quart cleaning caddies and holds up to four safety signs. It supports up to 250 pounds of load and carries a 34-gallon waste capacity via a vinyl bag, with a replacement bag available separately. Five tool grips accommodate brooms, mops, and dustpans. Eight-inch ball bearing drive wheels and four-inch quiet casters keep the cart stable and easy to maneuver across hard floors and wide corridors. Licensed janitorial and facilities maintenance staff are the primary users of this platform.
The RUB194 is built for high-traffic institutional environments such as healthcare facilities, schools, and other public buildings where cleaning supplies must remain secured when unattended. Three interior shelves provide organized storage, and the bottom storage compartment opens from two sides for fast access during active service rounds. A dedicated mop bucket platform features securing grooves that hold standard mop buckets firmly in place during transit, reducing spill risk and downtime on the floor.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct procurement unit for standard institutional janitorial cart applications. A vinyl replacement bag compatible with the 34-gallon waste compartment is available separately.
Assembly is performed by facilities or janitorial staff and requires no licensed trade. Prior to loading the cart, verify that locking hood hardware is fully engaged and that the mop bucket securing grooves are free of debris that could prevent proper bucket seating. Due to overall package dimensions and weight, use appropriate material-handling equipment when unboxing to avoid injury. Inspect wheel bearings and caster swivel action before placing the cart into service.
