The BSC PREFERRED RTC61W is a reverse tuck carton designed for packaging small parts and components. Die-cut from 0.024 fibreboard, each carton features a pye-lock tuck closure that provides positive locking to keep contents secure during storage and shipment. The lightweight construction reduces overall package weight without sacrificing structural integrity. These cartons are sold as a case of 250 units, making them a practical choice for operations that require consistent, repeatable packaging for small hardware, fittings, or similar trade supply components. The case weighs 25.26 pounds and measures 14.25 inches long by 20.5 inches wide by 9 inches tall.
These reverse tuck cartons are suited for light-duty packaging applications across distribution, manufacturing, and trade supply environments. They are commonly used to package small HVAC, plumbing, or electrical components such as fittings, connectors, valves, and fasteners. The pye-lock tuck design allows for quick, tool-free assembly and secure closure without tape or adhesive, which supports higher-volume packing workflows. This product is equivalent to part number S-18300 and is available in a minimum order quantity of one case of 250 cartons.
