The BSC PREFERRED RTC48 is a lightweight reverse tuck carton designed for packaging small parts and components. Each carton is die-cut from 0.024 fibreboard and features a pye-lock tuck closure that holds the flaps securely in position without adhesive or tape. The reverse tuck design allows the top and bottom to open from opposite sides, making these cartons efficient to assemble and fill on a production line or service bench. Sold in cases of 250, the RTC48 is suited for distributors, manufacturers, and service operations that package small components in volume.
The RTC48 carton is appropriate for light-duty packaging applications in trade, manufacturing, distribution, and service environments. It is commonly used to package small hardware, fittings, electrical components, and similar parts for retail display, storage, or shipment. The pye-lock tuck provides reliable closure without additional sealing materials, making it practical for fast-paced packing operations. Sold by the case, these cartons are a standard choice for operations needing consistent, reliable small-parts packaging.
Designed as a general-purpose reverse tuck carton for small parts packaging in trade, distribution, and light manufacturing environments.
No tools are required to assemble the RTC48 carton. Fold along the pre-scored die-cut lines and engage the pye-lock tuck tabs to close each end. Do not overfill cartons beyond the rated capacity of the 0.024 fibreboard construction, as exceeding load limits may cause failure of the tuck closure.
