The BSC PREFERRED RTC25 is a lightweight reverse tuck carton designed for packaging small parts and components. Die-cut from 0.024 fibreboard, each carton features a pye-lock tuck closure that provides positive locking without tape or additional fasteners. These cartons are sold in cases of 1000 units, making them well suited for high-volume packaging operations in distribution, warehousing, and trade supply environments. The case ships at approximately 30.1 pounds and is packaged in a box measuring 15 inches by 20.5 inches by 10.5 inches.
The RTC25 carton is appropriate for light-duty packaging of small hardware, fittings, fasteners, and similar trade parts. The reverse tuck design allows both the top and bottom flaps to tuck in from opposite ends, providing a clean, secure closure. This style is commonly used in parts fulfillment, kitting, and counter sale environments where a neat, self-contained carton is needed without adhesive or stapling.
Designed as a standard reverse tuck carton for general small-parts packaging applications in trade, distribution, and warehousing environments.
No tools or trade licensing are required for carton assembly. Fold along pre-scored lines and tuck flaps in the direction indicated by the reverse tuck design to engage the pye-lock closure. Store carton stock flat in a dry location away from moisture to maintain fibreboard integrity. Do not overload cartons beyond the capacity appropriate for 0.024 fibreboard construction.
