The BSC PREFERRED RTC12 is a reverse tuck carton designed for packaging small parts. Each carton is die-cut from 0.024 fibreboard and features a pye-lock tuck closure that positively locks the end flaps in place, preventing accidental opening during handling and storage. The lightweight construction keeps shipping weight low while still providing adequate protection for small components. Cases are sold in quantities of 1000 cartons, making this product suited for operations with high-volume packaging needs. Warehouse staff, shipping departments, and supply chain operations handling small-part distribution are the primary users.
The RTC12 is used across industrial, trade supply, and distribution environments where small components need a consistent, secure carton format. The reverse tuck style is a standard configuration in packaging operations that require quick hand-pack assembly. The pye-lock tuck makes these cartons practical on fulfillment lines where speed and closure reliability both matter. They are appropriate for light-duty parts such as fasteners, fittings, electrical components, and similar small trade-supply items.
Designed as a standard reverse tuck carton for small-parts packaging in industrial, distribution, and trade supply fulfillment operations.
No tools or trade licensing are required to use these cartons. Store cases flat in a dry environment to prevent fibreboard moisture absorption, which can weaken the lock tuck. When assembling, press the pye-lock tuck fully into the slot to ensure the closure seats completely before filling. Follow your facility packaging and labeling procedures for outbound shipment compliance.
