The BSC PREFERRED RNSF83724 is a floor-mounted triple compartment scullery sink built from 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. It measures 85.5 inches long by 29.75 inches wide by 12.75 inches deep overall, with three individual bowls each sized at 24 inches by 24 inches by 12.75 inches. Each compartment features a centered 3.5-inch drain and is pitched for gravity drainage. An 8-inch high full-length backsplash is sloped to shed water and is 2 inches thick to accommodate plumbing rough-in. Adjustable stainless steel tubular legs with cross-brace supports provide floor stability across uneven surfaces. This sink is installed by licensed plumbers in commercial and institutional settings.
This sink is designed for high-volume warewashing, pot scrubbing, and general scullery operations in commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, school cafeterias, and similar institutional environments. The three large compartments support a three-sink manual warewashing workflow as required by most local health codes. Steel channel-reinforced drainboards extend usable surface area on each side. Seamless drawn coved corners with a 3.5-inch radius reduce grime accumulation and simplify cleaning between service periods. The four-hole faucet configuration accommodates standard pre-rinse or deck-mount faucet assemblies.
Designed as an OEM-style floor-mounted scullery sink for commercial and institutional plumbing installations requiring a three-compartment manual warewashing setup.
Installation must be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and applicable health department requirements for commercial warewashing equipment. Shut off water supply lines and verify drain rough-in locations before setting the sink. Leg height should be adjusted and leveled on the finished floor before securing drain connections. Do not over-tighten drain fittings against the stainless steel bowls; use appropriate nylon or rubber gaskets to prevent distortion.
