The BSC PREFERRED RNSF83544 is a heavy-duty three-compartment scullery sink built from 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel for sustained use in demanding commercial environments. The unit measures 67.25 inches in length, 29.75 inches in width, and 12.75 inches in depth overall, with three equally sized bowls each measuring 18 inches long, 24 inches wide, and 12.75 inches deep. Die-drawn compartments feature a gentle pitch toward a 3.5-inch center drain opening in each bowl for efficient water evacuation. Seamless 3.5-inch radius coved corners reduce bacteria traps and simplify sanitation. An 8-inch high full-length backsplash with a 45-degree sloped top sheds grime and keeps the wall cleaner during heavy-use shifts. Licensed plumbers and commercial kitchen installers handle typical deployment.
This sink is designed for commercial facilities that require high-volume warewashing capacity, including restaurants, school cafeterias, healthcare kitchens, and outdoor recreation or concession operations. The three-compartment layout supports the standard wash, rinse, and sanitize workflow required by most health department regulations. Steel channel-reinforced drainboards add structural rigidity, and adjustable stainless steel tubular legs with cross-brace supports and bullet-shaped feet allow leveling across uneven or varied flooring surfaces. Four faucet holes are pre-configured to accommodate a wide range of commercial faucet and spray assembly setups.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation scullery sink for commercial kitchens, sculleries, and institutional food-service environments requiring a standard three-compartment warewashing configuration.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and health department requirements governing commercial warewashing sinks. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in locations before positioning the unit. Confirm flooring can support the loaded weight of the sink before completing leg adjustment and anchoring. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds on the stainless steel surface, as they can compromise the finish and accelerate corrosion over time.
