The BSC PREFERRED RNSF8118LR2 is a floor-mounted, single-compartment stainless steel scullery sink with an integrated drainboard, built for commercial and industrial plumbing applications. Constructed from 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish, this sink delivers long-term corrosion resistance in high-use environments. The sink compartment measures 18 inches in length, 24 inches in width, and 12.75 inches in depth, providing ample capacity for warewashing, utensil cleaning, and food prep. An 8-inch full-length backsplash with a 45-degree sloped top and a conical-pitch integral drainboard keep standing water away from the work surface. Installation is handled by licensed plumbers in commercial kitchen, healthcare, and high-traffic facility settings.
This sink is suited for commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, cafeterias, and high-traffic public-use spaces where throughput and sanitation standards are critical. The overall unit dimensions are 57 inches in length, 29.75 inches in width, and 42.25 inches in height, making it appropriate for standard scullery alcove or open-floor installations. Two pre-drilled faucet holes accommodate a range of commercial faucet configurations. The floor-mount tubular leg assembly with cross-brace supports and adjustable bullet-shaped feet with 1 inch of vertical adjustment allows level setup on uneven concrete or tile flooring.
Designed as an OEM-style floor-mounted scullery sink for commercial kitchen, healthcare, and institutional plumbing installations requiring a single-compartment sink with integral drainboard.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in location before positioning the unit. Secure leg assemblies and cross-braces fully before connecting drain and supply lines. Confirm foot adjustment is set to achieve a level deck surface prior to final plumbing connections.
