Product Description

The BSC PREFERRED PTAS1204 is a roll of pink anti-static polyethylene tubing designed to let technicians and packaging staff create custom-fit anti-static poly bags on demand. The tubing ships as a continuous roll. The user cuts it to the required length, inserts the component or assembly, and heat seals both open ends to form a sealed bag. This eliminates the need to stock multiple pre-made bag sizes and reduces packaging inventory overhead. The pink anti-static polyethylene film is formulated to dissipate static charge, making it suitable for protecting electrostatic-discharge-sensitive components during storage and transit.

This tubing is used in electronics assembly facilities, repair shops, and distribution operations where ESD-sensitive parts such as circuit boards, capacitors, sensors, and other electronic components must be packaged individually. Installation Notes
