The BSC PREFERRED PT3006 is a poly tubing roll designed for on-demand custom bag fabrication in packaging and shipping operations. Rather than stocking a range of pre-made bag sizes, technicians and warehouse staff cut the tubing to the exact length needed, insert the product, and heat seal both ends using an impulse sealer. This approach eliminates the need to carry multiple bag SKUs and reduces packaging waste. The roll format makes it straightforward to produce a consistent bag size repeatedly or switch dimensions on the fly to accommodate different products.
