The BSC PREFERRED PSRADQ191955L2 is a single-bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 19.5 inches long by 19 inches wide by 5.5 inches deep, providing a usable bowl depth of 5.375 inches for comfortable dish washing and stacking. The rear left offset drain placement frees up workspace at the bottom of the bowl and helps maximize usable cabinet space below. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is manufactured in the USA and meets ADA compliance requirements when installed per applicable guidelines. Licensed plumbers and skilled tradespeople install this unit in both residential and light commercial applications.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen installations as well as accessible public or commercial spaces where ADA-compliant fixtures are required. The drop-in mounting style fits countertops with a cutout supported by a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches. Two pre-punched faucet holes accommodate most standard deck-mount faucet configurations. The Quick-Clip Mounting System allows the sink to be set and secured from above the countertop without requiring access from below, which simplifies installation in retrofit situations where under-counter access is limited.
Designed for drop-in installation in countertops with a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches. Compatible with most standard deck-mount faucets using the two pre-punched faucet holes. Suitable for residential kitchens and accessible public or commercial sink applications requiring ADA-compliant fixtures.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC) where applicable. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning any countertop cutout or sink removal work. Apply a continuous bead of approved silicone sealant around the sink rim before setting the unit, then secure using the provided Quick-Clip fasteners. Verify ADA-compliant rough-in heights and knee clearance requirements before finalizing the installation.
