The BSC PREFERRED PSR43221 is a double bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 43 inches long by 22 inches wide by 7.125 inches deep, making it a full-sized unit suited for high-use residential kitchens. Each of the two equal rectangular bowls measures 19 inches long by 16 inches wide by 7 inches deep, providing generous capacity for washing, soaking, rinsing, and drying. A centrally located 3.5-inch drain fitting promotes consistent drainage. Sound-deadening pads bonded to the underside reduce vibration and noise during use. The U-Channel mounting system positions clips inside the channel prior to drop-in, cutting installation time under the countertop.
This sink is intended for residential kitchen applications where a large, dual-bowl stainless steel drop-in unit is required. It is designed for countertop cutout dimensions of 42.375 inches by 21.375 inches and requires a minimum cabinet width of 48 inches. The single faucet hole configuration keeps the deck clean and accommodates a standard deck-mount faucet. It is manufactured in the USA and is appropriate for both new construction and remodel projects handled by licensed plumbers or experienced contractors.
Designed for drop-in installation in countertops with a cutout of 42.375 inches by 21.375 inches and cabinets with a minimum width of 48 inches. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch kitchen drain assemblies and deck-mount faucets sized for a single pre-drilled faucet hole.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the countertop cutout perimeter before setting the sink, and secure the U-Channel mounting clips evenly from below to achieve a watertight seal. Do not overtighten mounting clips on fragile countertop materials such as natural stone without appropriate backing.
