The BSC PREFERRED PSR33193 is a double bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 33 inches long by 19.5 inches wide with an overall depth of 7.125 inches. The sink features two equal-sized square bowls, each 14 inches by 14 inches and 7 inches deep, giving plumbers and kitchen installers a balanced, symmetrical layout suited for heavy daily use. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during operation. A center drain configuration and three-hole faucet deck allow straightforward fixture hookup. Licensed plumbers and experienced remodelers handle this installation type as a standard rough-in task.
The PSR33193 is designed for drop-in installation into countertops requiring a cutout of 32-3/8 inches by 18-7/8 inches. A minimum cabinet width of 36 inches is required. The U-channel mounting system positions mounting clips inside the channel, reducing the amount of under-sink access needed during installation. This sink is manufactured in the USA and carries a legacy of domestic production dating to 1920. It is suitable for residential kitchen applications and light commercial settings where a standard 33-inch double bowl configuration is specified.
Requires a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Cutout dimensions of 32-3/8 inches by 18-7/8 inches are needed for proper drop-in fit. Compatible with standard countertop materials used in residential and light commercial kitchen installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified remodeler in accordance with local IPC and IRC requirements. Shut off water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning removal of any existing sink. Follow the manufacturer cutout template precisely to ensure the U-channel seats correctly on the countertop surface. Do not over-tighten mounting clips, as this can distort the channel or damage the countertop material.
