The BSC PREFERRED PSR25210 is a single bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, designed for residential kitchen installations where durability and noise control are priorities. Measuring 25 inches x 21.25 inches x 7.5 inches, the bowl provides a generous, uninterrupted wash area suited to high-volume daily use. A center drain measuring 3.5 inches optimizes drainage and reduces standing water. Sound-deadening pads bonded to the underside of the bowl absorb vibration and reduce operational noise. This sink is installed by plumbers or capable finish carpenters during kitchen remodel or new construction work.
This sink fits a minimum base cabinet size of 30 inches and requires a countertop cutout of 24.375 inches x 20.625 inches. The U-channel mounting system accepts the included mounting clips, allowing the sink to be secured from below without specialty tooling. A 1.5-inch corner radius on the bowl interior eases cleaning and fits standard drop-in sink cutout templates. The center drain location aligns with standard P-trap configurations found in residential kitchen cabinetry. Manufactured in the USA, this sink is appropriate for residential kitchen applications in both new construction and renovation projects.
Designed for drop-in installation in kitchen countertops with a minimum base cabinet width of 30 inches, using a countertop cutout of 24.375 inches x 20.625 inches. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch kitchen drain assemblies and 1.5-inch or 2-inch P-trap configurations typical in residential kitchens.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber during kitchen renovation or new construction. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before removing an existing sink or preparing a new cutout. Follow the countertop manufacturer's cutout template and IPC guidelines for drain rough-in placement. Do not overtighten the included mounting clips, as this can distort the sink flange or damage the countertop material.
