The BSC PREFERRED PSR22193 is a single-bowl, drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 22 inches long by 19.5 inches wide by 7.125 inches deep overall, with a usable bowl interior of 18 inches by 14 inches. The 3-hole faucet deck configuration accepts a wide range of standard faucet assemblies. A centered 3.5-inch drain opening manages water flow efficiently. Bottom sound-deadening pads reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is installed by plumbers and remodeling contractors in residential kitchen applications where a polished, flush countertop finish is required.
The PSR22193 is suited for residential kitchen countertop installations. The drop-in design seats into a cut countertop opening and is secured from below using the included mounting clip system, making it compatible with countertops up to 0.75 inches thick. A minimum cabinet width of 27 inches is required for proper fit. The 3-hole deck layout supports standard centerset or widespread faucet configurations. This sink is manufactured in the USA and is appropriate for new construction and remodel projects in single-family and multi-family residential settings.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-install sink for residential kitchen countertops requiring a 3-hole faucet configuration. Requires a minimum cabinet width of 27 inches. Compatible with countertops up to 0.75 inches thick using the included hardware.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified contractor in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning any sink replacement. Lower the sink into the countertop cutout from above, then secure the mounting clips from below before tightening evenly to achieve a uniform seal with the applied silicone or plumber's putty. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink flange or crack surrounding countertop material.
