The BSC PREFERRED PL1 packing list envelopes are pressure-sensitive pouches designed to secure and protect shipping documents attached to the outside of parcels, boxes, and corrugated containers. Each envelope is constructed from heavy 2 mil poly material and pre-printed with "Packing List Enclosed" in a script font across the full face. A hot melt adhesive backing delivers strong, reliable adhesion to both paper and corrugated surfaces. Envelopes open along the first dimension for easy document insertion. This case contains 1000 envelopes, making it a practical choice for warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment operations.
These envelopes are suited for residential and commercial shipping applications where outbound documents such as packing slips, invoices, or customs forms must travel with the shipment. They are commonly used at packing stations in distribution centers, warehouses, and supply houses. The self-adhesive backing eliminates the need for tape or secondary fasteners, speeding up the packing workflow. The colored full-face design provides clear visual identification of enclosed documents during receiving and handling.
Designed as a standard packing list pouch for use on corrugated boxes, paper-wrapped parcels, and similar outer packaging surfaces common in distribution and fulfillment environments.
Clean and dry the application surface before affixing the envelope to ensure full adhesive contact. Peel the liner, position the envelope on the shipment, and apply firm pressure across the full backing to seat the hot melt adhesive. Avoid applying to wet, dusty, or textured surfaces that may reduce adhesion. Insert documents before sealing the envelope flap.
