The BSC PREFERRED PBAS2190 is a case of 500 pink anti-static zipper bags designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge, dirt, dust, and moisture. Manufactured from pink anti-static polyethylene film, each bag features a full-width zipper closure that securely seals contents during storage and transport. The pink color is the industry-standard visual indicator for anti-static packaging, making it easy to identify protected components at a glance. These bags are sold as a case of 500 units, making them well suited for shop inventory, field service kits, or warehouse staging operations.
These anti-static bags are used wherever sensitive electronic components must be stored or shipped safely. Typical applications include HVAC control board staging, circuit board storage, variable frequency drive component handling, and general electronic parts packaging. Electrical and HVAC technicians commonly keep these on hand for storing replacement boards, sensors, and low-voltage control components that are vulnerable to electrostatic damage during handling or transit.
Designed as a general-purpose anti-static packaging solution for electronic components and circuit boards. This product is equivalent to part number S-1460.
No installation is required. When inserting components, handle boards and electronic parts by their edges to minimize direct contact before bagging. Store bagged components away from heat sources and sharp objects that could puncture the film. Dispose of damaged bags rather than reusing them, as punctures or tears compromise both the moisture barrier and the anti-static properties.
