The BSC PREFERRED MFL16162K is a corrugated document mailer box designed to protect flat documents, certificates, and important papers during shipping and storage. Built from 200/ECT-32-B kraft corrugated material, it delivers reliable crush resistance and rigidity. The design includes protective side flaps and a front outside tuck closure that locks the contents securely without requiring tape, glue, or staples. The box assembles in seconds, making it practical for high-volume mailing operations. Each pack contains 50 units. This mailer is suited for mailrooms, shipping departments, and office environments where document integrity during transit is a priority.
This mailer is used wherever flat, rigid document protection is needed in a shipping or fulfillment workflow. Typical applications include shipping legal documents, engineering drawings, certificates, and similar flat materials that cannot be folded or bent. The tuck-closure design speeds up packing operations without the need for additional sealing supplies. With 50 units per pack and a minimum order of one pack, it fits both low-volume and moderate-volume shipping programs in commercial and institutional settings.
Designed as a general-purpose corrugated document mailer suitable for standard flat-document shipping applications. This product is equivalent to part number S-16920.
No tools are required to assemble this mailer. Fold along the pre-scored lines, engage the side flaps, and tuck the front closure tab to secure. For heavier or high-value document sets, additional reinforcement tape over the closure is recommended. Store flat in a dry environment prior to use to maintain corrugated integrity.
