The BSC PREFERRED LTR46221 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel triple bowl drop-in kitchen sink measuring 46 inches in length, 22 inches in width, and 7.625 inches in depth. It features three rectangular bowls, each 13.5 inches long, 16 inches wide, and 7.5 inches deep, providing dedicated zones for washing, rinsing, and food prep. The Lustertone finish carries a refined grain pattern that resists everyday scratching and allows minor surface marks to blend naturally. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is manufactured in the USA and is intended for installation by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson.
The LTR46221 is suited for residential kitchens requiring high-capacity sink space and for light commercial food-service applications where a drop-in configuration is preferred. The U-channel drop-in installation method reduces under-counter labor time. A minimum cabinet width of 51 inches is required to accommodate the sink deck. Each bowl includes a centrally located drain opening for straightforward drain assembly alignment. The sink ships as a single unit at 36 pounds product weight and 45 pounds packaged.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential and light commercial kitchens. Requires a minimum cabinet width of 51 inches. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch kitchen drain assemblies at each bowl position.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. Verify cabinet opening dimensions against the 46 x 22 inch deck footprint and confirm the cabinet box meets the 51-inch minimum width before cutting the countertop. Apply a continuous bead of approved plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the rim flange per the manufacturer's installation instructions prior to setting the sink into the cutout.
