The BSC PREFERRED LRQ33213 is a 33-inch drop-in kitchen sink built from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It features two equally sized rectangular bowls, each 13.5 inches in length and 16 inches in width, providing dedicated zones for washing, soaking, rinsing, and drying at the same time. The Quick-Clip mounting system allows the sink to be set and secured from above the countertop without reaching underneath. Sound-deadening pads are applied to the underside to reduce noise and vibration during use. The lustrous grain finish is scratch-resistant, and minor surface marks blend naturally with normal use over time. This sink is intended for installation by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson in residential kitchen or hospitality settings.

Compatibility

Designed as a drop-in replacement or new installation sink for residential and light commercial kitchens with a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Accepts standard 3.5-inch drain assemblies and deck-mount faucets in a three-hole configuration.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply at the fixture shutoff valves before beginning any work. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the countertop cutout perimeter before seating the sink, then secure the Quick-Clip fasteners from above. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the rim or countertop substrate.
