The BSC PREFERRED LRQ25223 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel single-basin drop-in kitchen sink measuring 25 inches x 22 inches with an 8.125-inch bowl depth. It is designed for residential and light commercial kitchen installations where durability and ease of installation are priorities. The stainless steel construction delivers a scratch-resistant, repairable surface with a reflective finish that holds up under daily commercial and residential use. The Quick-Clip Mounting System allows a straightforward drop-in installation, and factory-applied sound-deadening pads reduce vibration and noise during operation. Licensed plumbers and skilled tradeworkers handle this type of installation as a standard fixture replacement or new construction rough-in.
This sink fits into countertop cutouts in kitchens requiring a minimum cabinet width of 30 inches. The single-bowl configuration is suited for residential kitchens, residential prep areas, laundry rooms, and light commercial prep environments. The centered 3.5-inch drain opening accommodates standard drain assemblies, and the three pre-drilled faucet holes support a wide range of faucet configurations. Straight sidewalls and a flat bottom maximize usable basin volume, making the fixture practical for washing large cookware. This sink is manufactured in the USA.
Designed as an OEM-style drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential and light commercial kitchen applications requiring a minimum 30-inch base cabinet width. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch drain assemblies and conventional drop-in countertop cutouts.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC and local plumbing codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing an existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant to the sink flange prior to dropping it into the countertop cutout, then secure with the included Quick-Clip hardware. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink deck or countertop substrate.
