The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ312265PD3 is an 18-gauge stainless steel drop-in kitchen sink designed for residential installations where durability and ease of use are the primary requirements. The single-bowl configuration measures 31 inches by 22 inches with a 6.5-inch basin depth, providing ample working space for washing and stacking dishes. The lustrous finish is scratch-resistant, and light surface marks blend over time with normal use. A rear-center drain placement maximizes under-cabinet storage space, and the integrated Perfect Drain design eliminates the gap around the drain opening so food debris and waste rinse away cleanly. Licensed plumbers and experienced kitchen installers handle this type of fixture as part of a standard kitchen remodel or sink replacement project.
This sink is built for busy residential kitchens and is suited to new construction and renovation work alike. The Quick-Clip mounting system allows secure installation from above without requiring access from below the countertop, which simplifies the install process. Three pre-drilled faucet holes accommodate a range of faucet configurations, from single-handle to widespread setups. The sink is ADA compliant when properly installed and fits a minimum cabinet opening of 36 inches, making it compatible with standard base cabinet layouts commonly found in residential kitchens.
Designed as an OEM-style drop-in replacement or new-install sink for residential kitchen applications requiring a 31-inch by 22-inch single-bowl unit with a minimum 36-inch base cabinet cutout. ADA compliant when properly installed per applicable guidelines.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the International Plumbing Code and any applicable local codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing an existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the underside of the sink rim before setting into the countertop cutout, then secure with the Quick-Clip fasteners from above. Verify drain alignment and all supply connections for leaks before returning the water supply to service.
