The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ312265PD1 is a single-bowl, ADA-compliant drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Lustertone stainless steel. The overall sink dimensions measure 31 inches long by 22 inches wide by 6.5 inches deep, with a bowl interior of 28 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 6.375 inches in depth. It ships with Quick-Clip mounting hardware rated for countertops up to 0.75 inches thick. The sink features Perfect Drain technology, which eliminates the gap around the drain opening so food particles and debris rinse away without catching. Sound Guard sound-deadening pads bonded to the underside reduce basin noise during use. The Lustertone finish resists everyday scratching and allows surface-level scratch repair over time.
This sink is intended for residential or light-commercial drop-in installations in kitchen, prep, bar, or laundry applications. The offset drain position maximizes usable under-sink cabinet storage. A minimum cabinet width of 36 inches is required for proper installation. The single pre-drilled faucet hole accommodates standard deck-mount faucet configurations. The included Quick-Clip mounting hardware installs from above the counter, reducing the need to work inside the cabinet during rough-in. Plumbers and remodeling contractors working on ADA-accessible kitchen layouts will find the shallow 6.375-inch bowl depth consistent with reach and clearance requirements.
Designed for drop-in installation in countertop cutouts with a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches. Compatible with standard deck-mount faucets using a single-hole configuration. Mounting hardware included is rated for countertops up to 0.75 inches thick.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or an experienced contractor. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. Verify countertop cutout dimensions and confirm cabinet width meets the 36-inch minimum before setting the sink. Follow local IPC plumbing code requirements for drain connections and supply line torque specifications.
