The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ3122654 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel single-bowl drop-in kitchen sink built for demanding residential kitchen use. It measures 31 inches by 22 inches overall, with a bowl interior of 28 inches by 16 inches and a depth of 6.375 inches. The stainless steel finish resists scratches and surface marks can be repaired, keeping the sink serviceable over its full service life. An ADA-compliant design meets accessibility requirements without sacrificing bowl capacity. The unit weighs 19 pounds and is manufactured in the USA. Plumbers and remodelers rely on this sink for both new construction and replacement applications.
This sink is suited for residential kitchens where a large single-bowl layout is needed for food prep, pot washing, or general utility work. The offset rear drain placement, sized at 3.5 inches, moves plumbing connections toward the back of the cabinet, opening up usable under-sink storage space. Four pre-drilled faucet holes accommodate standard single-handle or widespread faucet configurations along with accessories such as sprayers or soap dispensers. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside of the bowl to reduce impact and water noise during use. This sink fits standard 33-inch or wider base cabinet cutouts common in residential kitchen construction.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation single-bowl kitchen sink for residential countertop cutouts. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch basket strainer drains. Four pre-drilled faucet holes support standard residential faucet and accessory configurations.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber following IPC guidelines. Power to any garbage disposal or related electrical circuits must be shut off at the breaker and the water supply valves closed before removing an existing sink or making supply connections. The Quick-Clip Mounting System secures the sink from above the countertop deck; apply a continuous bead of plumber's silicone or approved sealant around the perimeter flange before setting. Do not overtighten the mounting clips, as this can distort the countertop or crack stone and solid-surface materials.
