The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ2522651 is a single bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 25 inches in length by 22 inches in width and carries a 6.5-inch depth, providing a large, uninterrupted basin suited to washing, soaking, and stacking. The sink ships with a Quick-Clip Mounting System for straightforward drop-in installation. Sound Guard Technology uses bottom-mounted sound deadening pads to reduce operational noise. The rear center drain placement keeps the basin floor clear and preserves usable cabinet space below the countertop. The unit meets ADA compliance standards when properly installed and is manufactured in the USA.
This sink is designed for residential kitchen applications, including new construction and remodel projects. The drop-in configuration makes it compatible with standard laminate, solid-surface, and stone countertops where a top-mount cutout is feasible. The 3.5-inch drain opening accepts standard kitchen drain assemblies and garbage disposal flanges. Plumbers and finish carpenters typically handle installation during the countertop rough-in or finish stage of a kitchen build or renovation. The stainless steel finish is scratch-resistant and maintains its luster through normal daily use.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation single bowl kitchen sink for standard residential countertop cutout applications requiring a 25 x 22 inch top-mount basin with a 3.5-inch drain opening.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable IPC or local plumbing code requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain plumbing before beginning any sink swap or new installation. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the underside of the sink rim before seating, and secure the Quick-Clip mounting hardware evenly from below the deck. Do not overtighten mounting clips against stone or solid-surface countertops, as uneven clamping force can cause stress fractures in the countertop material.
