The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ2522552 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel drop-in single bowl kitchen sink designed for residential and light commercial kitchen installations. Built from full-depth 18-gauge steel, the basin resists flex and denting under heavy daily use. The offset 3-1/2 inch drain placement shifts the drain toward the rear of the bowl, freeing up cabinet space below for plumbing runs and storage. Sound Guard pads bonded to the underside of the basin dampen water and dishware noise. The ADA-compliant profile meets accessibility requirements for accessible kitchen design. Two pre-drilled faucet holes accept a wide range of deck-mount faucet configurations. Manufactured in the USA.
The LRADQ2522552 is suited for new construction and remodel kitchen projects where a drop-in single bowl sink is specified. The Quick-Clip mounting system allows the sink to be set and secured from above the countertop without reaching into the cabinet, reducing installation time on standard countertop cutouts. The two faucet holes accommodate bridge faucets, separate spray and faucet combinations, or single-hole faucets with a deck plate. The repairable stainless finish allows surface scratches to be brushed out with appropriate abrasive pads, extending the service life of the sink in high-use environments. This sink is appropriate for residential kitchens and is sized for standard 33-inch base cabinet openings with countertop overhang taken into account.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-install single bowl kitchen sink for standard countertop cutout applications. Confirm countertop cutout dimensions against the sink body dimensions before installation.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the perimeter of the countertop cutout before setting the sink, then secure with the Quick-Clip hardware. Verify drain alignment with the offset 3-1/2 inch drain location prior to cutting the countertop.
