The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ2022653 is an ADA-compliant, single bowl undermount kitchen sink fabricated from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 19.5 inches by 22 inches with a bowl depth of 6.375 inches, providing a generous wash area suitable for stacking dishes or handling large cookware. The Quick-Clip Mounting System allows installation from above the countertop, securing the sink to laminate surfaces without requiring access from below. Sound deadening pads are integrated into the basin floor to reduce operational noise. Manufactured in the USA, the LRADQ2022653 is built for residential kitchen applications and is installed by licensed plumbers or qualified remodeling contractors.
This sink fits standard residential kitchen countertop cutouts and is suited for new construction, kitchen renovations, and replacement installations. The rear-centered drain placement maximizes undersink cabinet storage by keeping the drain assembly toward the back of the cabinet. The 3.5-inch drain opening accommodates standard kitchen drain hardware and basket strainer assemblies. The lustrous finish resists everyday scratches and dents, and the manufacturer notes that deep scratches can be repaired, extending the service life of the sink. ADA compliance makes it appropriate for accessible kitchen designs in both residential and light commercial settings.
Designed as a drop-in single bowl kitchen sink compatible with standard countertop cutouts. The 3.5-inch drain opening accepts standard kitchen drain and basket strainer hardware. Suitable for laminate and other solid countertop surfaces using the included Quick-Clip Mounting System.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the applicable local plumbing code and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning work. The Quick-Clip system secures the sink from above the countertop, but sealant application along the sink perimeter is standard practice to prevent water intrusion. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink flange or damage laminate countertop material.
