The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ2022601 is a drop-in stainless steel kitchen sink measuring 19.5 inches wide by 22 inches front to back, with a single bowl depth of 6 inches. Constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, it delivers corrosion resistance and long-term durability in demanding kitchen environments. The Quick-Clip Mounting System allows above-counter installation onto countertops as thin as 0.75 inches, reducing labor time during rough-in. A rear center drain placement keeps the cabinet space below clear for P-trap and drain plumbing. Bottom sound-deadening pads are factory-applied to reduce impact noise. Licensed plumbers and skilled trades installers handle this type of fixture in both residential and light commercial settings.
This sink is suited for residential kitchens, ADA-accessible remodel projects, and light commercial food-prep areas where counter depth and clear floor space are a consideration. When installed in compliance with ADA guidelines, the sink supports accessible design requirements. The included hardware package contains all fasteners needed for the Quick-Clip system. The rear center drain layout is compatible with standard 3.5-inch basket strainer assemblies and provides maximum usable bowl space. The scratch-resistant satin finish is designed so that minor surface marks blend into the directional grain over time, simplifying ongoing maintenance.
Designed as an OEM-style drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for standard countertop cutouts accepting a 19.5-inch by 22-inch rim; compatible with standard 3.5-inch kitchen drain assemblies.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified trades installer. Shut off the water supply and disconnect the drain assembly before removing any existing sink. Apply silicone sealant around the countertop cutout perimeter before dropping the sink into position, then secure using the provided Quick-Clip fasteners from above. Follow local plumbing code requirements, including IPC provisions for drain and trap configuration, and verify ADA rough-in dimensions if an accessible installation is required.
