The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ1919551 is a single-bowl, drop-in stainless steel kitchen sink built for residential and light commercial applications. Constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a Lustertone finish, it measures 19.5 inches in length, 19 inches in width, and 5.5 inches in depth. The rectangular bowl interior measures 16 inches by 13.5 inches, providing a practical wash area for dish stacking, prep work, and general utility tasks. A rear-center drain placement keeps the basin floor clear and allows more usable cabinet space below. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. Plumbers and kitchen installers working on residential remodels or new construction will find this sink straightforward to specify and set.
This sink is suited for residential kitchens, prep areas, bars, and laundry rooms where a compact single-bowl configuration is appropriate. It requires a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches and accepts one faucet hole. The Quick-Clip mounting system allows the sink to be secured from above the countertop without reaching underneath, which simplifies installation in tight cabinet spaces. Hardware for countertops up to 0.75 inches thick is included. The drain opening is 3.5 inches in diameter. When installed per manufacturer guidelines, the sink meets ADA compliance requirements, making it a suitable choice for accessible kitchen design projects.
Designed for drop-in installation in residential and light commercial kitchen, bar, prep, and laundry room applications requiring a single-bowl stainless steel sink. Fits cabinets with a minimum 24-inch opening and countertops up to 0.75 inches thick using the included mounting hardware.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off water supply lines and disconnect existing drain and supply connections before removing any existing sink. Verify countertop cutout dimensions against manufacturer specifications before cutting. Use the included Quick-Clip hardware and follow the manufacturer installation sheet for proper torque sequence and seal application to prevent leaks.
