The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ1918502 is an ADA-compliant, single bowl undermount kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 19 inches in length, 18 inches in width, and 5 inches in depth, with a usable bowl area of 16 inches by 11.5 inches. The sink ships at 10.4 pounds and features a lustrous rectangular profile. Sound Guard technology uses large noise-dampening pads bonded to the underside of the basin to reduce operational sound. A rear-center drain placement maximizes usable space within the basin and beneath the cabinet. Weighing in at a manageable 10.4 pounds, this sink is suited for installation by a licensed plumber or experienced trade professional.
This sink is designed for residential kitchens, laundry rooms, and light commercial spaces. It accommodates a 2-hole faucet configuration and is compatible with countertops that are 3/4 inches thick. A minimum cabinet width of 24 inches is required. The quick-clip mounting system allows the sink to be secured from above the countertop, simplifying the installation process. The rear-center drain position also improves under-sink cabinet storage by shifting plumbing connections toward the back of the cabinet base. Its ADA compliance makes it appropriate for accessible design applications in both residential and commercial settings.
Compatible with standard countertops measuring 3/4 inches thick. Requires a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches. Suitable for residential kitchens, laundry rooms, and light commercial applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply completely before beginning any sink removal or installation work. The quick-clip mounting hardware secures the sink from above the countertop deck; confirm countertop thickness of 3/4 inches prior to install. Do not over-tighten mounting clips, as this may distort the sink rim or damage the countertop substrate.
