The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ1918402 is a single-bowl drop-in kitchen sink made from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 19 inches long by 18 inches wide by 4 inches deep, with a usable basin interior of 16 inches long by 11.5 inches wide. The rear center drain placement promotes efficient drainage across the full basin floor. A scratch-resistant Lustertone Classic finish holds up under daily commercial and residential use, and deeper surface marks can be restored using a compatible BSC PREFERRED restoration kit. This model meets ADA compliance requirements and includes a two-hole faucet deck configuration, making it adaptable to a wide range of faucet styles. Designed for licensed plumbers and experienced installers working on residential kitchen, prep, or laundry area projects.
This sink suits residential kitchen remodels, prep area buildouts, and laundry room installations where a compact yet functional single-bowl unit is required. The Quick-Clip mounting system allows above-counter drop-in installation without requiring access from below the deck, which simplifies rough-in on countertops with limited cabinet clearance. The required countertop cutout is 18-3/8 inches by 17-3/8 inches, and a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches is needed to accommodate the sink body and provide adequate clearance for the mounting hardware. Sound-deadening pads are included and attach to the underside of the bowl to reduce vibration and water impact noise during use.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-install sink for residential kitchens, prep areas, and laundry rooms requiring a 19 x 18 inch single-bowl unit with a countertop cutout of 18-3/8 inches by 17-3/8 inches and a minimum 24-inch cabinet width. Compatible with standard two-hole faucet configurations.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber following applicable IPC and local plumbing code requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. This is a drop-in mount sink installed from above the counter using the included Quick-Clip hardware. Confirm countertop material and cabinet dimensions meet the stated cutout and minimum cabinet width requirements before cutting.
