The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ1720501 is a single bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. The sink measures 17 inches by 20 inches overall, with a square interior bowl of 14 inches by 14 inches and a depth of 4.875 inches. A rear center drain placement keeps the usable basin area clear and allows more efficient use of the cabinet space below. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce noise during normal use. ADA compliance is achieved when the sink is properly installed per applicable guidelines. The Quick-Clip mounting system allows above-counter installation, making it well-suited for laminate countertop applications.
This sink fits residential kitchens, wet bars, and laundry utility areas. The countertop cut-out dimensions are 16-3/8 inches by 19-3/8 inches, requiring a minimum base cabinet width of 21 inches. One pre-configured faucet hole accommodates a standard deck-mount faucet. The 3.5-inch drain opening accepts most standard basket strainer assemblies. Manufactured in the USA, this sink is intended for installation by a licensed plumber or qualified tradesperson in new construction or remodel settings.
Designed for drop-in installation in countertops with a 16-3/8-inch by 19-3/8-inch cut-out opening and a minimum base cabinet width of 21 inches. The 3.5-inch drain opening is compatible with standard basket strainer assemblies common to residential and light-commercial plumbing applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain and supply lines before beginning work. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the cut-out perimeter before seating the sink, then secure with the included Quick-Clip fasteners from above the counter. Do not overtighten the mounting clips, as this may distort the sink flange or damage the countertop surface.
