The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ151765PD0 is an 18-gauge stainless steel drop-in kitchen sink built for residential kitchens where durability and ease of maintenance are priorities. The single bowl measures 15 inches in length by 17.5 inches in width by 6.5 inches in depth, with an interior bowl footprint of 12 inches by 12 inches and a usable depth of 6.375 inches. The Perfect Drain design eliminates the gap around the drain opening, allowing food debris and liquids to flow directly into the drain without accumulating around the basket. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration noise during use. The sink ships with the LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer included, along with mounting hardware sized for 0.75-inch countertop decks. A plumber performs the drop-in installation.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen installations in new construction and remodel projects. The 0-hole configuration gives the installer full flexibility on faucet placement, which is handled separately through the countertop or a nearby surface. The ADA-compliant design supports accessible kitchen layouts when installed at the correct counter height per applicable guidelines. The minimum base cabinet width required is 18 inches. The Lustertone Classic brushed finish allows lighter surface scratches to blend into the grain over time, and deeper scratches can be addressed with a stainless steel restoration kit.
Designed for drop-in installation in residential kitchen countertops with a minimum base cabinet width of 18 inches and a countertop deck thickness of 0.75 inches. The 0-hole sink deck is compatible with separately sourced faucets mounted through the countertop surface.
A licensed plumber should perform the installation in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain connections before beginning the cutout or removal of a prior sink. Do not over-tighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink rim or damage the countertop substrate. Verify the cabinet rough opening and countertop cutout dimensions against the sink specifications before beginning work.
