The BSC PREFERRED LRADQ131665PD2 is an 18-gauge stainless steel drop-in kitchen sink designed for residential and light commercial plumbing installations. Measuring 13 inches by 16 inches by 6.5 inches, the single square bowl provides a functional wash area suited to dish prep, bar service, laundry rooms, and similar applications. The sink ships with the LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer, which eliminates gaps around the drain opening to keep debris moving directly into the drain. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside of the bowl to reduce vibration and noise during use. Installation is handled by a Quick-Clip drop-in mounting system that sets from above the countertop.
This sink is suited for residential kitchens, prep areas, bar stations, laundry rooms, and light commercial settings. The drop-in configuration fits standard countertop cutouts with a minimum cabinet size of 18 inches. ADA compliance is achieved when the sink is properly installed per applicable guidelines, making it appropriate for accessible residential and commercial kitchen applications. The included LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer are matched to the bowl and ready to install at the time of rough-in.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchens, bar areas, laundry rooms, and light commercial prep settings with a minimum 18-inch base cabinet. Requires a standard countertop cutout sized to the sink dimensions; verify countertop thickness and cutout dimensions against local installation requirements before rough-in.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the International Plumbing Code and applicable local codes. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before removing any existing sink. The Quick-Clip mounting system secures the sink from above — no below-counter access is required to set the clips, but drain connection and supply line hookup are completed from below. ADA-compliant installation requires verifying finished rim height and knee clearance per applicable accessibility standards.
