The BSC PREFERRED LRAD332265PD4 is an 18-gauge stainless steel double bowl drop-in kitchen sink measuring 33 inches x 22 inches x 6.5 inches overall. It features two equal rectangular basins, each 13.5 inches long x 16 inches wide x 6.125 inches deep, with rear-centered drains that maximize usable cabinet space below. The sink includes Perfect Drain technology, which eliminates the gap around the drain opening so food scraps flow directly down rather than collecting around the drain collar. Bottom sound-deadening pads reduce vibration and noise during use. The scratch-resistant Lustertone finish is engineered so minor surface marks blend into the directional grain over time. Licensed plumbers and qualified kitchen installers handle this type of drop-in installation.
This sink is designed for residential kitchen applications requiring a drop-in, top-mount configuration. It fits a minimum 36-inch base cabinet and carries ADA compliance for accessible kitchen installations. The four-hole deck configuration accommodates a wide range of faucet and accessory setups. Two LKPD1 Perfect Drain assemblies with strainers and full mounting hardware are included in the package, reducing the number of additional parts needed to complete the installation. It is suited for new construction and remodel projects where an equal-bowl layout is preferred for washing, rinsing, and soaking tasks.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchens with a minimum 36-inch base cabinet. Requires a standard countertop cutout appropriate for a 33 x 22 inch top-mount sink. Four-hole deck configuration supports standard faucet and soap dispenser installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before beginning any sink replacement work. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the perimeter of the cutout opening before setting the sink to ensure a watertight seal. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink rim or damage the countertop surface.
