The rear-center drain placement maximizes usable basin depth and improves under-cabinet space for plumbing connections. Two LKPD1 Perfect Drain strainer assemblies are included. The ADA-compliant profile makes this sink appropriate for accessible kitchen builds and renovations subject to ADA guidelines.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new installation for standard kitchen countertop cutouts requiring a minimum cabinet width of 36 inches.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes. Before beginning work, shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply connections. Drop-in sinks require a countertop cutout sized to manufacturer specification — confirm the cabinet is at minimum 36 inches wide before cutting. Secure the sink using the included U-channel mounting clips and apply an appropriate sealant around the deck flange per local code requirements.
