The BSC PREFERRED LRAD3122404 is a drop-in, single-bowl kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel and rated for ADA compliance. The overall sink dimensions are 31 inches long by 22 inches wide by 4 inches deep, with a single rectangular bowl measuring 28 inches in length and 16 inches in width. A rear-centered 3.5-inch drain placement maximizes usable basin floor space and opens up cabinet clearance below. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink is manufactured in the USA and ships with mounting hardware included. It is appropriate for residential and light commercial kitchen installations handled by a licensed plumber or qualified installer.
The LRAD3122404 is suited for residential kitchen countertop installations where ADA accessibility compliance is required. The drop-in configuration fits a countertop cutout of 30-3/8 inches by 21-3/8 inches and uses a U-channel mounting system for a flush, secure fit. Four pre-drilled faucet holes allow flexibility in faucet configuration. Its single-bowl layout is well suited for high-use kitchens where workspace at the basin is a priority. The scratch- and stain-resistant finish maintains appearance under regular commercial cleaning products.
Designed for drop-in installation into standard kitchen countertops with a cutout of 30-3/8 inches by 21-3/8 inches. Compatible with standard 3.5-inch kitchen drain assemblies and most deck-mount faucets utilizing a four-hole configuration.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain and supply lines before beginning work. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the countertop cutout perimeter prior to setting the sink to ensure a watertight seal. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink flange or damage countertop material.
