The BSC PREFERRED LRAD252160MR2 is a single bowl drop-in kitchen sink fabricated from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a lustrous grain finish. It measures 25 inches in length by 21.25 inches in width overall, with a bowl interior of 21 inches by 15.75 inches, providing a generous wash area for heavy prep and cleaning work. The sink carries ADA compliance, making it appropriate for accessibility-focused residential and light commercial kitchen installations. An offset rear drain placement maximizes under-sink cabinet storage. Sound-deadening pads bonded to the underside of the bowl reduce noise from water impact and dish handling. Manufactured in the USA, this sink is sized for standard residential drop-in cutouts and is installed by licensed plumbers or qualified tradespeople.
This sink fits standard drop-in kitchen sink cutouts in residential and light commercial settings. The 25-inch by 21.25-inch footprint is compatible with typical 30-inch base cabinet installations. The offset rear drain works with standard kitchen drain assemblies and leaves more usable cabinet space below. The 3.5-inch drain opening accepts standard kitchen basket strainers. U-channel mounting clips are included, which secure the sink deck from below without specialty tools. The lustrous grain finish is described as repairable for deep scratches, extending the service life of the sink in high-use environments.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new installation sink for standard residential kitchen base cabinets with a 30-inch or wider cabinet opening. The 3.5-inch drain opening accepts standard kitchen basket strainer assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the IPC. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the cutout perimeter before seating the sink, then tighten U-channel mounting clips evenly from below. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink deck or crack surrounding countertop material.
