The BSC PREFERRED LRAD202265PD3 is an 18-gauge stainless steel single bowl drop-in kitchen sink designed for residential and light commercial kitchen, laundry, and bar applications. The sink measures 19.5 inches x 22 inches with an overall depth of 6.5 inches, fitting cabinets with a minimum 24-inch width. The square interior bowl measures 16 inches x 16 inches at 6.375 inches deep, providing generous washing area in a compact footprint. A rear-centered drain placement keeps the cabinet below clear for storage and trap routing. The included LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer eliminates gaps around the drain opening, reducing debris and food buildup around the drain collar. Licensed plumbers and experienced installers handle this fixture type.
This sink is suited for kitchen prep stations, bar sinks, and laundry room installations where ADA compliance is required. The drop-in configuration uses a U-channel installation method with mounting clips positioned for straightforward countertop installation. Hardware included accommodates countertops up to 0.75 inches thick. The rear-centered drain maximizes usable bowl area and simplifies the P-trap layout in the cabinet below. Sound-deadening pads are applied to the underside of the basin to reduce impact noise during use.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new installation sink for countertops requiring a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches. Compatible with the included LKPD1 Perfect Drain and strainer assembly. Suitable for kitchen, bar, and laundry countertop cutout applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning countertop cutout or sink removal. The drop-in U-channel mounting method requires access below the countertop to secure mounting clips. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink rim or damage laminate and solid-surface countertops.
