The BSC PREFERRED LRAD2022552 is a single-bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 19.5 inches by 22 inches with a 5.5-inch overall depth. The bowl interior measures 16 inches by 16 inches and 5.375 inches deep, providing a usable workspace for washing, stacking, or food prep tasks. A rear-center drain position maximizes usable bowl area and preserves cabinet clearance below. Sound Guard noise-reduction pads are bonded to the underside to dampen vibration during use. Designed to meet ADA accessibility requirements, this sink suits installations where compliant fixture height and reach depth must be observed. A licensed plumber or experienced trade installer handles final connection and mounting.
This sink is suited for residential and light-commercial kitchens, bars, and laundry rooms where a self-rimming drop-in configuration is required. The 2-hole deck configuration accommodates a wide range of faucet styles including single-handle and separate handle-and-spout setups. U-channel mounting clips are included, reducing time spent working under the countertop during installation. The rear-center drain location also helps keep the drain line clear of base-cabinet storage. Manufactured in the USA from Type 304 stainless steel, it carries a repairable satin finish that can be reconditioned if surface scratches develop over time.
Designed as an OEM-style drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential and light-commercial countertop cutouts accepting a 19.5-inch by 22-inch self-rimming sink. Compatible with standard 2-hole faucet configurations.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant to the sink rim before setting it into the countertop cutout, then secure using the provided U-channel mounting clips from below. Do not overtighten mounting clips on laminate or solid-surface countertops, as this can cause surface deformation or cracking.
