The BSC PREFERRED LRAD191865R1 is a single-bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a Lustertone polished finish. It measures 19 inches long by 18 inches wide by 6.5 inches deep and weighs 8.65 pounds. The right-side drain placement maximizes usable bowl space and improves cabinet clearance below. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. This sink meets ADA compliance requirements and is manufactured in the USA. Plumbers and kitchen installers working on residential remodels or new construction will find this a straightforward drop-in fit.
This sink is suited for residential kitchen installations where a drop-in configuration is required. The right-side drain position is especially useful in cabinet runs where drain stack location favors that side of the bowl. The 3.5-inch drain opening accepts most standard kitchen drain assemblies and strainer baskets. The ADA-compliant depth and design make it appropriate for accessible kitchen builds or renovations required to meet accessibility codes. U-channel mounting clips are included, allowing the sink to be secured from below without specialized tools.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-install kitchen sink compatible with standard 3.5-inch kitchen drain strainer assemblies and typical residential cabinet cutout configurations for a 19 by 18 inch single-bowl sink.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified kitchen installer. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning any sink replacement. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the perimeter of the cutout before setting the sink, then secure U-channel mounting clips from below according to standard drop-in sink installation practice. Verify local plumbing code requirements, including IPC provisions, before completing the rough-in and drain connection.
