The BSC PREFERRED LRAD191855LOS4 is a single-bowl drop-in kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 19 inches by 18 inches with a 5.5-inch bowl depth, providing a rectangular basin suited to standard residential kitchen workloads. The sink features an offset drain positioned at the rear left, which opens up usable cabinet space below and increases the flat working area at the bowl bottom. Sound-deadening pads are applied to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. Licensed plumbers and experienced installers handle this product type during new construction or kitchen remodel projects.
This sink is intended for drop-in countertop installation in residential kitchens. A minimum cabinet size of 24 inches is required. The countertop cut-out dimension is 18.375 inches by 17.375 inches. The offset rear-left drain configuration makes this model well suited to kitchens where under-sink storage optimization is a priority. Mounting clips are included to secure the sink to the countertop deck from below, reducing the need for extended under-sink adjustments during installation. When installed per manufacturer guidelines, this sink meets ADA compliance requirements for accessible design.
Designed for drop-in installation in residential kitchen countertops with a minimum cabinet width of 24 inches and a countertop cut-out of 18.375 inches by 17.375 inches.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in compliance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Power down any in-line garbage disposal units and shut off the water supply valves under the sink before beginning work. Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the cut-out perimeter before dropping the sink into position, then secure the provided mounting clips evenly from below before final drain and supply connections are made. Do not overtighten mounting clips, as this can distort the sink flange or damage countertop materials.
