The BSC PREFERRED LR37223 is an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel double bowl drop-in kitchen sink measuring 37 inches x 22 inches. It features two equal-sized basins, each 16 inches square with straight sidewalls and a flat bottom, providing consistent depth for washing, soaking, and rinsing. Sound-deadening pads are bonded to the underside to reduce vibration and noise during use. The scratch-resistant satin finish resbs minor surface marks over time. A U-channel mounting design accepts mounting clips from inside the channel, eliminating the need to work extensively beneath the countertop during installation. Made in the USA, this sink is suited for professional plumbing installation in residential or light commercial kitchen environments.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and IPC guidelines. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain assemblies before beginning countertop cut-out work. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's silicone sealant around the sink perimeter before seating the sink into the cut-out, then secure with the provided mounting clips inside the U-channel.
