The BSC PREFERRED LR25224 is a drop-in single bowl kitchen sink constructed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. It measures 25 inches in length, 22 inches in width, and 8.125 inches in overall depth, with an interior bowl that runs 21 inches long, 15.75 inches wide, and 7.75 inches deep. The sink ships with a 4-hole faucet deck configuration, accommodating a broad range of faucet and accessory setups. Sound-dampening pads on the sides and bottom reduce noise during operation. The U-channel mounting system positions clips inside the channel, allowing installers to complete the drop-in installation with less time working beneath the countertop. Intended for licensed plumbers and experienced tradespeople performing kitchen sink replacements or new installations.
This sink fits residential kitchen countertop cutouts requiring a minimum cabinet width of 30 inches and supports countertop thicknesses up to 0.75 inches. The single bowl layout provides full interior capacity for washing, soaking, and stacking cookware and dishes. The 4-hole deck allows for standard faucet configurations as well as optional side spray or soap dispenser installations. The lustrous stainless steel finish maintains its appearance under daily use, and minor surface marks tend to blend with the brushed grain over time. Manufactured in the USA.
Designed as a drop-in replacement or new-installation sink for residential kitchen countertops with a minimum cabinet width of 30 inches and countertop thickness up to 0.75 inches. Compatible with standard 4-hole faucet configurations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IPC requirements. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing or installing any sink. Verify countertop cutout dimensions and cabinet clearance before setting the sink into position. Apply a continuous bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the perimeter of the cutout as required by the countertop material and local code.
