The BSC PREFERRED LMR33224 is a drop-in double bowl kitchen sink built from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. Measuring 33 inches x 22 inches x 7.875 inches, it features a 30/70 split bowl configuration that divides the basin into two functional work zones. Sound-deadening pads on the underside of both the sides and bottom absorb vibration and reduce noise during use. The lustrous uniform grain finish resists everyday wear, and minor surface scratches blend naturally into the finish over time. This sink is designed for plumbers and kitchen installation contractors working on residential countertop replacements or new construction projects.
The LMR33224 is suited for residential kitchen installations where a drop-in mount is required. The U-channel rim design positions mounting clips inside the channel, keeping the installation hardware out of sight and simplifying the under-counter clip attachment process. Both bowls feature a center drain placement to support straightforward drainage routing. The sink includes a 4-hole configuration along the rim for standard faucet and accessory installation. Mounting hardware is included and supports countertops up to 0.75 inches thick. Manufactured in the USA.
Designed as an OEM-style drop-in replacement or new installation sink for residential kitchen countertop applications. Mounting hardware included supports countertops up to 0.75 inches thick.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or experienced kitchen contractor. Before beginning, shut off the water supply lines and disconnect any existing drain assemblies. The drop-in design requires a cutout in the countertop sized to the sink rim dimensions; verify countertop material and thickness compatibility before cutting. Apply a continuous bead of approved sealant around the rim perimeter per the manufacturer instructions and local plumbing code requirements before securing the mounting clips.
